Connect to CICAs Community Calendar. 

Select your calendar app:

How to Add to Google Calendar

  1. Click the 'copy' button below

  2. Open Google Calendar.

  3. On the left sidebar, bottom left corner, click '+' next to Other calendars.

  4. Select From URL.

  5. Paste the link into the box.

  6. Click Add calendar.

How to Add to Apple Calendar

​Option 1:
  1. Click the 'copy' button below

  2. Open the Calendar app on your Mac.

  3. In the top menu bar, go to File → New Calendar Subscription...

  4. Paste the iCal link into the popup box and click Subscribe.

  5. Name the calendar (e.g. CICA Member Calendar) and choose a color if you like.

  6. If prompted, set the Auto-refresh option to something like 'Every Day' to stay up to date.

  7. Click OK — the calendar will now appear in your Calendar app and update automatically.

​Option 2:
  1. Click the 'download' button below

  2. Open the .ics file on your Mac.

  3. Select 'New Calendar...' in the dropdown that appears

  4. Name the calendar (e.g. CICA Member Calendar) and choose a colour if you like.

  5. Click OK

How to Add to Outlook

  1. Click the 'copy' button below

  2. Go to Outlook Calendar and log in.

  3. On the left-hand side, click “Add calendar”.

  4. In the sidebar, select “Subscribe from web.”

  5. Paste the iCal link into the URL field.

  6. Give the calendar a name like CICA Member Calendar.

  7. Choose a color and icon if you wish, then click Import.

  8. You’ll now see the calendar under “Other calendars,” and it will stay updated automatically.

Other Calendars

  1. Click the 'copy' button below

  2. Open your preferred calendar app (e.g. Thunderbird, Zoho Calendar, Fastmail, etc.).

  3. Look for an option like:

    • Subscribe to calendar

    • Add calendar from URL

    • Import by link

    • Add internet calendar

  4. Paste the iCal link into the field provided.

  5. Name the calendar (e.g. CICA Member Calendar) and save.

  6. Ensure it’s set to auto-refresh if prompted, so you stay updated with future changes.
