Stepping into 2025: A Year of Training, Transformation, and Taking Territory!

What a year 2024 was for CICA! Looking back, we’re blown away by all that God used us to accomplish. From performing on the Channel 7 Telethon Community Stage to our original feature production, Never Again, which brought together an audience of 450 - every step was a testament to His faithfulness. And to top it off, we were honoured to receive the 2024 Hosanna Honour Award for Best Live Performance—a recognition that speaks to the excellence and passion poured into everything we do.

But we’re not stopping there.

As we step into 2025, we’re excited—not just for performances, but for preparation. This year, we’re placing a huge emphasis on training—both in the creative and performing arts and in spiritual growth. CICA has never just been about putting on shows; we’re about raising up genuine worshippers who carry the presence of God into the entertainment space.

Equipping the Next Generation

We’re kicking off the year with regular workshops and practical sessions that go beyond just singing, acting, and dancing. We’re diving into production, technical arts, backstage work, administration, digital creation, and more—because it takes an army to bring a production to life, and every role is kingdom work.

With our auditions wrapped up for the term, we couldn’t be more excited about the team we’re taking in to 2025! We’ve welcomed back many familiar faces and have had some amazing new additions. It’s shaping up to be an incredible year of growth, creativity, and impact!
